Filling Capping Labeling Series
Our Filling capping labeling series is a machine that integrates the function of filling, screwing and capping into a monobloc using PLC and motorized arrangement. It dispenses the liquid, gas or paste into bottles while turning caps on bottles. After capping the bottles, they are transferred to the labeling system.
Automatic Cap Placement and Bottle Movement
Caps must be securely placed and tightly sealed as bottles move along high-speed production lines. If not, leakage can compromise product safety and quality and damage brand loyalty. To avoid this, bottle manufacturers must ensure that liquid fill levels are uniform and that the cap is positioned correctly before it is tightened. The Attilus capping machine from Shemesh is a highly automated and efficient solution that helps to speed up production lines while maintaining high liquid fill levels and ensuring that the caps are positioned correctly.
To achieve this, the machine uses a smart camera with advanced machine vision to track the position of the bottle as it passes under the capper and determine whether the cap is positioned correctly. The system also checks that the cap is tightly screwed on to prevent leakage and that the safety ring is properly torqued. Bottles that fail this inspection are rejected.
The Attilus is capable of working with a wide range of cap sizes and types, including screw caps, snap caps, crimp caps, inline screw cappers, and rotary cappers. It can handle caps from 5 to 250 ml, and it is equipped with a pneumatic conveyor that moves the bottles through the entire capping process. The system is also fully automated, and changes over from one format to another takes less than 20 minutes.
Once the bottles are capped, they move to the labeling and packaging section where labels containing essential product information are applied. Bottles are then ready for distribution and sale.
Shemesh’s full line of capping machines includes seven models, each with Filling capping labeling series several variations. These include an inline screw capper, crowner, chuck capper, vertical plugger, and more. The chuck capper, for example, is available in single head, dual head, and starwheel design. Each machine has a unique set of settings that can affect its performance, but these can be adjusted by the operator with relative ease.
Cap Placement and Labeling
This machine is suitable for pharmaceutical, cosmetic and daily chemical industries with small capacity production requirement. It integrates functions of filling, cap placing, capping and labeling into one. It is also equipped with a coder to print manufacturing date, serial number and expiration date on the label directly.
Compared with conventional inline screw capper, this capping mechanism is driven by servo motor which provides accurate torque control to ensure high capping quality without any wear damage on bottles. It is suitable for caps of different shapes, sizes and materials. The label applicators use made-in-Japan photoelectric eye for precise positioning and dispensing, which can be fine adjusted easily according to bottle size.
This machine is designed to meet cGMP requirements, including aseptic liquid filling, capping and labelling of oral and ophthalmic bottles, vials and syringes. It offers dependable sterility and accuracy for the pharmaceutical sector, while reducing operating costs through automation. Stainless steel is used throughout the entire machine to ensure long service life and easy maintenance. In addition, the design can be customized to suit specific requirements. It is ideal for laboratories, high-level pharmaceutical preparations and initial stage development of new products. It is also a cost-effective solution for medium-sized capacity needs in the medical and cosmetic industries.
Cap Placement and Label Dispensing
This line integrates the functions of bottle filling, cap placing and capping into a smooth flow production line. It is a good choice for small capacity viscous liquid production. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, daily chemical plants and other fields to produce small series products.
This series uses a PLC control system, with up to 50 pre-programmable recipes. The operator controls machine functions with a 7″ color HMI touchscreen. The PLC also provides multiple security levels (3 maintenance levels, 3 engineer levels and 1 administration level). Its high-speed screw capping station can torque most bottle caps (flat and barrel caps) and is able to switch between different cap sizes with a simple changeover. Its cap reject system is able to identify misapplied caps (high or low or no cap) and will automatically send the container to a rejection collection tray.
The inline labeling machine applies the front and/or back labels to bottles, caps, syringes or vials with a quick changeover. Filling capping labeling series All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316L stainless steel and can be sanitized easily. A blower cleans the containers in the line through a supply of ionized air.
Inline labelers can be equipped with a variety of cap feeding and positioning systems including floor level elevator/sorters, centrifugal feeders or vibratory feeders. It can also incorporate various types of heat-sealing stations to apply under-cap seals.
Accutek’s semi-automatic spindle capper is an inline machine that can torque most cap types such as flat caps, flip top caps, pull spouts, safety caps, sport caps and trigger pumps. Its servo motor drive ensures accurate capping with minimal wear and tear on the bottle. It can also switch between different cap types with a simple changeover and can be run connected or independent of other equipment.
