Pune, Ranchi and Dharamsala will be hosting the Test matches for the first time. The teams will open their Border-Gavaskar Trophy with the first Test in Pune from February 23. They Bengaluru will host the second Test from March 4 to 8. From there, the new venues Ranchi and Dharamsala will host third and fourth Tests from March 16-20 and March 25-29 respectively. The last time they visited India, they were whitewashed 4-0 by India.
